Oviedo is a city with a long and interesting history. We are lucky that our exchange students live very close to this city, so we could visit this amazing city more than once.

From Pola de Siero you can get to Oviedo by train, by bus or by car.

Young people go to Oviedo usually on weekends to party, but when you get there in sunlight, there are some interesting things to see.

In the centre of this beautiful city, you can find the Oviedo Cathedral, it is a Roman Catholic church. The Cathedral of San Salvador of Oviedo displays many architectural styles, from Pre-Romanesque to Baroque. While you are walking through the city, you will cross many interesting squares such as Plaza de la Constitución, here you can find the city hall or Plaza Del Fontan, where back in the days used to be markets every week. In the whole city of Oviedo you will find many statues, you can even book just a statue tour of Oviedo.

If you have the chance, visit Oviedo.

¡Hasta mañana!
